not know if it was the dolphin, which are not used, or if I was tired for the race the day before, or whatever, but I feel a cramp in his calf. Stephen had to keep me from the foot to make me lay a leg.
Result? almost 48 hours have passed and still almost limp, the calf is too bad .... but you can?
and I that I had a lot of programs this week: go for a run "for days" without the worry of the clock for the times, to dust off the bike and who knows what yet ...
muscoril and I am pain with massage: I accept all kinds of advice :-)
... but do not tell me to stay away from the pool:-P
